That last one is genuinely lucky: the BLACK+DECKER Crisp 'N Bake line publishes 1,150 watts and a two-year warranty on its own site, which is more complete documentation than several ovens here costing three hundred. The Hamilton Beach Sure-Crisp 4 Slice (31403)is the other: Hamilton Beach prints 1,120 watts and the exact dimensions on its own page for this model, which makes it the cheapest oven on the site with both a fan and a checkable running cost — at the price of a four-slice ceiling and a sibling variant (31403J) that Hamilton Beach lists at 1,500 watts, so check the rating plate on delivery.

What you do not get at this price is a published temperature tolerance or independently driven elements. The thermostat is an approximation and the elements switch in banks.
