HUB 01 · Air Fryer Toaster Ovens

Best Air Fryer Toaster Ovens Under $100

Under a hundred dollars, the honest framing is that you are buying a toaster oven that also blows air. That is fine — that is what air frying is — and these do it without pretending otherwise.

#ad · Prices pulled live from the Amazon Product API, last checked Jul 20, 2026. Where we have no verified live price we show none — we would rather leave a gap than print a number that has gone stale. The wattage column is what the manufacturer publishes; “not published” means exactly that, and we have not estimated one. Scores are ours, compiled from published specifications, and are not test results.

What a hundred dollars actually buys

A convection fan, a stainless shell, four to six slices of capacity, and — if you are lucky — a manufacturer that publishes a wattage. That last one is genuinely lucky: the BLACK+DECKER Crisp 'N Bake line publishes 1,150 watts and a two-year warranty on its own site, which is more complete documentation than several ovens here costing three hundred.

What you do not get at this price is a published temperature tolerance or independently driven elements. The thermostat is an approximation and the elements switch in banks. For toast, reheating and a tray of vegetables — which is what most ovens do most days — none of that matters. For bread, it does, and the honest advice is to spend more or use the full-size oven. Every card here says exactly where its ceiling is.

Hamilton Beach Hamilton Beach Easy View XL Toaster Oven with Sure-Crisp Air Fry, 6 Slice

The cheapest air fry that is not a gimmick

Hamilton Beach Easy View XL Toaster Oven with Sure-Crisp Air Fry, 6 Slice

No published wattage
6.3/10

Around seventy dollars for a six-slice oven with a real convection fan. At this price the honest framing is that you are buying a toaster oven that also blows air, and that is fine — that is what air frying is.

What it gets right

  • Six-slice capacity at a price where four is normal
  • The glass door is the actual feature — being able to see without opening is worth more than three extra presets
  • Cheap enough that its eventual failure is an inconvenience rather than a loss

What it doesn't

  • Hamilton Beach does not publish a wattage for this SKU in any document we could find
  • No published interior volume or temperature tolerance
  • Budget-tier ovens in this band typically run well under 1,800 W, which means longer times for the same result — but without a published figure we cannot tell you by how much

What it costs to run

Hamilton Beach publishes no wattage for this oven in any document we could find, so we do not show a running-cost figure for it. We are not going to estimate one from a similar model. Here is the method we would have used.

you are replacing a full-size oven for baking. This is a toaster oven with a fan, and at this price that is exactly what it should be.

BLACK+DECKER BLACK+DECKER Crisp 'N Bake Air Fry Countertop Convection Toaster Oven

The floor of the category

BLACK+DECKER Crisp 'N Bake Air Fry Countertop Convection Toaster Oven

Wattage published for the line
7.2/10

About sixty dollars, and the sibling model in this line is the rare budget oven whose manufacturer publishes an actual wattage. That single fact makes the Crisp 'N Bake line easier to reason about than most things costing twice as much.

7.5

What it gets right

  • BLACK+DECKER publishes 1,150 W and a two-year warranty for the Crisp 'N Bake air-fry line, which is more than most brands three times the price manage
  • 1,150 W is a real advantage on an older circuit shared with a kettle or a microwave
  • At this price the value question mostly answers itself

What it doesn't

  • 1,150 W means longer to preheat and longer to cook than an 1,800 W oven — cheaper per hour, not necessarily cheaper per meal
  • The published wattage is for the TO1785SG in the same line; we have not found a separate figure for this exact SKU, and we have not assumed they are identical
  • Four-slice capacity is genuinely small

What it costs to run

BLACK+DECKER publishes no wattage for this oven in any document we could find, so we do not show a running-cost figure for it. We are not going to estimate one from a similar model. Here is the method we would have used.

you are cooking for more than two people. Four slices and a 9-inch pizza is the honest ceiling, and no amount of preset labeling moves it.

Chefman Chefman Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo with Probe Thermometer, 12-in-1

A probe thermometer under $100

Chefman Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo with Probe Thermometer, 12-in-1

No published wattage
5.8/10

The cheapest way into an integrated probe thermometer, which is the one feature on this list that changes what you can actually cook rather than how the panel looks. Everything around the probe is ordinary.

What it gets right

  • An integrated probe at this price is genuinely unusual — it is the difference between roasting to time and roasting to temperature
  • Stainless construction at a price where painted steel is the norm
  • Twelve functions means the presets at least cover the probe-relevant ones

What it doesn't

  • Chefman publishes no wattage we could find in any manufacturer document, so we show no running cost for it
  • No published interior volume, dimensions or temperature range either
  • A probe is only as good as the oven's thermostat, and there is no published tolerance to check

What it costs to run

Chefman publishes no wattage for this oven in any document we could find, so we do not show a running-cost figure for it. We are not going to estimate one from a similar model. Here is the method we would have used.

How we picked

Ovens we claim to have cooked in: 0

Everyone in this category tells you they roasted forty chickens. We have roasted none, and we say so. Here is what we do instead: read the manufacturer's manual and spec sheet, record the published wattage, interior volume, temperature range and warranty term, work out what the oven costs to run for an hour and for a year, show the arithmetic so you can redo it with your own electricity rate, and cite all of it. Where a brand publishes no wattage, we print no running cost rather than borrowing a number from a similar model. Prices come live from Amazon's API and disappear rather than go stale.

The scores above are judgments from that documented research — not test results. One of the five metrics is Documentation: whether the manufacturer will tell you what its oven draws at all. The full rubric, including what disqualifies an oven, is published in full.
